Anyone know for sure if a creeper option is available for the 3240 FST? The specs PDF on the Kubota website says creeper available for gear trans but the features PDF mentions creeper for the GST but says nothing about creeper for FST. I know with the 3130 creeper was only available for the GST. Thanks for your help!

The only ones that won't take it are the hydro's by the book. It is rare to sell one but there are times they are neeeded to work with different tools. ....

Thanks Art. I know everyone likes HST and you can go as slow as you want to with them (my lawn mower is a HST) but for my tractor I want a gear trans. It's strictly a mental issue I have :). I'm going to use it for blowing snow (front mount blower) and there are times when you need to go slow but still need to run at pto speed. I ended up asking Carver and they confirmed a creeper is available but it isn't cheap. The gear is $500 and to install it is another $1200 because the tractor has to be cracked open. Even though it'd probably be cheaper to go with an HST I'm very happy that Kubota offers the creeper option on this class of tractor and that's the route I'm going to go. Thanks again for the response! ....

A hydro is hard to beat on a snow blower as you can go from 0 to 15 without shifting. I'd recommend the middle range which has great power to about 7mph. With the new hydro's it's like a six range instead of just three to really give you good speed control to conditions. I think you should try driving one as you might be suprised. The Kubota gear drives are easy shifting but for pto work you can't out work a hydro. ....
